Fertility clinics ratings and reviews

This is a list of Fertility Clinics that partner with MHB via participation in MBP, GPAP, and/or conference sponsorship, and additionally have received at least five or more reviews from our parent survey. This table is updated periodically, but the links to the full reports are updated in real time. This table only shows the overall score and highlights of reported clinic reviews, but the full reports have much more detail, including personal comments. NOTE: MHB is in no way responsible for the opinions expressed on these reviews; all opinions expressed are the sole responsibility of the parents who completed the survey. We do our best to ensure the validity of these surveys (see our FAQs), but we make no claims to the statistical or scientific validity of the results.

We welcome more parents to add their feedback and voice to this review table by completing our
parent survey. Inclusion does not imply an endorsement of any kind.

Here are some tips on how to read the summary table and reports:
  • The top group includes providers with at least 20 reviews, given that a lower number is less statistically significant (and therefore we also do not display the averages for fist time success).
  • Asterisks denote clinics that are part of our Champion Circle, and has representation on our Advisory Board.
  • The last four columns show the level of participation in our Gay Parenting Assistance Program (GPAP) and our Membership Benefits Program (MBP)
  • Also note that reports span a period of more than 10 years (especially for the veteran clinics), therefore may include outdated statistics and remarks.

To find more about
success rates of each clinic we suggest you go to the website of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART) and look for the clinic you are interested in (USA clinics only). However theses numbers, while more statistically significant than the “first cycle success rates” we provide inside our report, are made of a large range of cases, and not just surrogacy and egg donation cycles. Please follow these steps to get the closest possible numbers to surrogacy cases:
  1. Choose “Success Rates and Clinic Details”
  2. Select most recent year, even if “preliminary”
  3. Click the “Filter” button on the very top right corner
  4. Choose the check boxes that are relevant - at least “Gestational carrier” and “Frozen embryo.” You may also want to check the “eSET” if you want the results for single embryo transfers, “Day 5/6 transfer,” and, if you are curious about PGS, you may check that as well.
  5. Scroll down to DONOR EGGS / THAWED EMBRYOS
  6. Find out what the “Clinic Live Births” rate is.
  7. You may choose the “Show Cycle Characteristics” on the lower left side of the chart to see the number of embryos transferred.
